Refund Policy

 **Refund Policy** For our College Coaching Services, please note that refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Scheduled meetings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of $75.00, which covers 30 minutes of the session. Refunds for workshops are available if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time; however, a $25 no-show fee will be retained from your payment. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to the workshop.

For our Adjunct Workshop, all requests for a refund must be received no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop. Refunds are processed minus a 5% service fee of the total amount paid for each payment transaction. You may also opt to bank your payment and use it for another upcoming workshop or for one of our other services such as College Coaching.
